This modern multifunctional shopping centre is located in Lodz city-centre in the nineteenth century Poznanski textile factory and covers an area of over 27 hectares. Apsys Group is developing Europe’s most ambitious culture, shopping and leisure programme covering over 150,000 m². Leisure facilities will cover over 3 hectares. The old factory buildings will now include leisure centres, cinemas (including an IMAX® 3D cinema), 2 discotheques and numerous pubs and restaurants. The cultural offer includes an art museum and a science and technology museum for children « La Cité des Enfants », with easy access to the adjacent Palais Poznanski and the Museum of the City of Lodz. Manufaktura will equally include craft workshops and art galleries. The commercial offer will propose 200 shops, 40 medium-sized retailers (fashion, accessories, household equipment, decoration), a Géant and a Leroy Merlin. A hotel, offices and a conference centre will constitute the site’s tertiary offer.
