The Ster programme is located near the river Odra, the natural frontier between Germany and Poland. Inaugurated in October 1999, the shopping centre has a diversified offer : a large number of shops and restaurants and 8 medium-sized retailers contribute to reinforcing the attractiveness of well-known retailers such as RTV Euro AGD, CCC, Smyk and Empik, Castorama and Feu Vert. The shopping centre attracts 4.4 million visitors.
