Parc Agen-Boé : Happiness is in the park

Programme
To redynamise and balance the region’s commercial offer, Agen has asked Aparc to create a French leisure and shopping park.
A specialist in suburban leisure areas, the Apsys subsidiary has proposed an innovative project : harmonious quality architecture, with a unified commercial facade, a wide covered pedestrian street, a unique landscaped car park, and the integration of HQE® requirements, add value to the site (an exceptional feature are the restored sixteenth century farm buildings at the heart of the project, a landscaped environment that goes beyond legislative requirements …).
Lastly, Parc Agen-Boé will provide inhabitants with a unique themed commercial offer, perfectly complementing that of the city-centre.
