Beaugrenelle : Shopping on the banks of the Seine

Programme
The City of Paris has launched a major project to renovate the Front de Seine (15th arrondissement). The restructuring of Beaugrenelle is part of a vast project to reclaim the neighbourhood for its inhabitants, providing an opening to the river and renovating the rue Linois.
Le Nouveau Beaugrenelle has been conceived as the means to return the neighbourhood to its inhabitants : an open transparent building has been designed respecting sustainable development criteria (HQE® pilot project) and facades have been covered with plants to create a harmonious environment.
This area of shops and neighbourhood leisure services will be structured using an innovative architectural concept to offer a new left bank shopping experience.
