At the heart of the Bordeaux Lac district, destined to become the 1st retail sector in the region, 'Les Comptoirs du Lac' is situated at the foot of the Aquitaine bridge. A new eco-district is being created with the desire to be sustainable, starting with quality and harmonious architecture. The original concept of 'inside-outside' will create a new way of being able to shop in all weathers and in all seasons: courtyards, esplanades, terraces.... The project will give the people of Bordeaux almost 20 hectares of living space, of discovery and leisure shopping.
