In partnership with the firm of SCAU / Macary, Apsys has been awarded the conception and development of a new project of the 4th part of the Science City. In synergy with the cultural offerings of the Cité des Sciences (Children’s City, Géode, Explora and the Exhibition and Congress centre) this project will be the first retail and multimedia leisure centre in the capital. A real destination area (cinemas and restaurants…) of the north-east part of Paris, this centre will offer visitors a cultural and events programme throughout the year.
A special place will be given to digital cinema, thanks to the first multiplex cinema in France equipped with digital projectors for public use. The centre will also house shops dedicated to the new technologies. An area dedicated to video games will allow the public to discover the innovations of software publishers and creators of virtual reality, 3D imaging and artificial intelligence. A real digital experience, the centre will have an ambitious cultural programme in order to support and show the public the cultural and artistic achievements offered by new technologies.
