Located in the department of Allier, between the Loire Valley and Burgundy, Moulins offers all the cultural richness of a town which has played a key role in the history of the land of the Bourbons. Today this prestigious history continues with the development of projects such as the national centre for stage costumes and the Museum of the Visitation. In order to extend the shopping area of the town centre, the town of Moulins has awarded Apsys the restructuring and extension of the Covered Market. The objective is to reinforce the retail area which is the heart of the town. In the second phase a retail park will contribute to renovating the approaches to the town. To be built in Avermes, this park will reposition the existing medium-sized units and will add attractive new brands to them. Designed in partnership with the architect Pierre-Henri Portron, the project will provide a logical and balanced retail offer between the town centre and the suburbs; always keeping the idea of working together.
