Rue des Halles : a new direct access path to the Loire

Programme
For many years abandoned, Orléan’s historic quays and city-centre have now been restored and a new leisure port will soon open. The City called on Apsys’ creativity to inject life into its urban programme. The Group proposed a particularly original concept: recreating a totally integrated shopping street with mixed features. Due to this exceptional urban haute couture operation, which has revitalised the banks of the Loire, Orléans will rediscover the animated commercial quays of its past.
