An economic agent serving the city, Apsys does all it can to optimize its projects’ profitability to ensure their long-term viability. In conformity with its code of ethics, it also believes in sharing this value creation with all the stake holders involved in its projects : local authorities, consular chambers (CCI, Chambres des métiers), SEM, retailers and the final consumers. To guarantee its long-term success, each project has a specific structure.
This structure is based on the systematic and exclusive association of Apsys and Foncière Euris. A company quoted on the Paris stock exchange, with equity of nearly 3 billion Euros, the latter provides equity for operations. The two partners retain the completed project’s assets. Apsys and Foncière Euris work on a case by case basis with other prestigous partners, such as Gecina and Paris-Orléans.
Benefitting from a sound financial structure, Apsys has the resources needed to be a candidate for bids for tender that will determine the future of Europe’s major cities. This ability to finance is a major asset providing protection from market risk and ensuring Apsys’ long-term involvement at the centre of its projects.
