Animating the city and playing a role in shaping its future entails creating new links between inhabitants. To achieve this aim, Apsys invents places that it is a pleasure not only to discover, but also to visit often. Its shopping centres, with their leisure and cultural content, are designed to attract the visitor : strolling, relaxation, astonishment, a break for entertainment the customer’s route is central to the project’s design process. It is hardly surprising people enjoy spending time relaxing and shopping at our centres.
Respecting the city’s architectural heritage, history and inhabitants, each Apsys project becomes a living area for the entire community, a « city-centre » in its own right.
