Responding to consumers’ and inhabitants’ expectations, Apsys integrates all aspects of sustainable development in each of its projects’ design and development processes. Optimizing the impact of buildings on their environment and creating healthy interiors are challenges Apsys takes seriously. During work on the site the Group consults with local communities.
During construction, to guarantee building quality respectful of the local environment, Apsys emphasises:
▪ HQE® criteria,
▪ natural materials,
▪ energy saving.
Apsys encourages its partners to share this commitment through « clean site» charts and training. This process was employed for Fleur d’Eau (Angers), inaugurated in May 2005. The Group contributes to structuring the urban fabric and improving the quality of life for present and future generations.
